The majority of construction will take place during the 2028–29 school year.

Our students will remain safely on campus, with classes held in the Pinewood Grove, an onsite modular classroom village.

During the summer of 2028, campus will be closed.

Introducing Pinewood Grove: State-of-the-art modular classroom units, where our Upper Campus student community will engage, learn, and connect during the 2028–29 school year.

The Pinewood Grove: Detailed View

Our Pinewood Grove will feature academic classrooms and dedicated spaces for laboratory science, computer science, arts, counseling, and more.

Indoor and outdoor gathering spaces will provide the perfect setting for student connection and community time. Students will still have access to green space in part of the Upper Campus field. The gym will also remain open during the build.

Pinewood Grove is insulated from the construction zone. It will be separated by fencing, with safe walking paths onto campus and between classroom spaces and the Upper Campus gym.

How does this impact our students?

For students currently in 5th–10th grade, their classes during the 2028–29 school year will be held in the Pinewood Grove.

There will be no demolition during the school year. Construction plans will be thoughtfully timed to reduce noise and minimize disruption during school hours.
